The Outreach Network (TON)

The Outreach Network (TON) is a network of Ontario Ministry of Health funded harm reduction outreach workers based at community organizations across Ontario. These individuals provide harm reduction education, distribute sterile single-use equipment to prevent the transmission of HIV, hepatitis C and/or blood borne diseases and support people who use drugs through street outreach and referrals to treatment and other health and social services. CATIE provides learning and network support for TON. This work is funded by the HIV and Hepatitis C Programs of the Ontario Ministry of Health.
